Out of Network Benefits
For any other insurance, I would be considered an out-of-network provider. I can provide a super bill through Mentaya where I file a claim for reimbursement with your insurance (if you are reimbursed for out-of-network services).

Self Pay Rates
$135 for 50-minute sessions
$155 for couples 50-minute sessions
I do not accept any insurance for couples therapy. Couples therapy is often categorized differently by insurance providers, and many do not cover it or have specific limitations. Due to the constraints that insurance often imposes on couples therapy, I do not accept insurance for couples or relationship therapy.

Yes, I am currently accepting new clients. While I may occasionally have a small waitlist, I will always inform you about how soon you can expect to be seen.
I am a part of a a fully virtual practice. We offer convenient online sessions through a secure platform.
I accept all major credit cards and FSA funds. All payments are made through a convenient online portal. Please note that a credit card on file is required to schedule an intake appointment.
I offer convenient daytime, afternoon and evening hours:
Monday: 8 a.m. - 2 p.m.
Tuesday: 4 - 8 p.m.
Wednesday: 8 a.m. - 2 p.m.
I contract with a group practice. If these hours don't align with your schedule, I encourage you to explore my colleagues' availability at The and Way Therapy.
Each session will last 53 minutes. The number of sessions you’ll need depends on your goals for counseling.

I primarily use Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) or Inference-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (I-CBT) to treat Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), integrating ACT, IFS, EMDR, and mindfulness to help clients face feared situations, understand protective parts, process underlying trauma, and relate more flexibly to obsessive thoughts.
Yes, I’m EMDR trained, having completed a 50-hour Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapist Training course, which included 20 hours of didactic instruction, 20 hours of practicum, and 10 hours of consultation. I continue to receive ongoing consultation and continuing education to deepen my skills.
Educational Workshops & Professional Development Trainings
I offer 60-, 90-, and 120-minute workshops designed for community members, new parents, social activists, corporate teams, and non-profit sectors.
Speaking Engagements
I provide in-person and virtual speaking engagements in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, as well as opportunities for travel outside the region. Sliding scale options may be available.
