As a Texas based, Spanish bilingual and online OCD Therapist, sessions with me focus on achieving your goals to grow your tolerance of stress, reduce compulsive behaviors that don’t align with your values, and foster resilience. I have spent a lot of time working with moms and focusing on perinatal work and I know how hard it can be to find to find a bilingual and Latina perinatal therapist. It is my goal to make you feel heard and understood, without a language barrier.
